2. What data we collect
- Contact and quote requests: name, phone and/or email, location of the work, message and any photos you choose to attach.
- Enquiries about developments: the details you include in the email sent from the website (name, phone, email and the home you are interested in).
- Job applications: name, phone, email, CV, message and the position you are applying for.
We only ask for the data we need. Please do not use the forms to send us sensitive data (for example, health information).
3. How we use the data
- To answer contact, information and quote requests, at your request (pre-contractual steps).
- To assess applications and contact candidates, based on the consent given in the form.
- To comply with legal obligations, where applicable.
We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it to third parties.
4. How long we keep the data
- Contact requests: for as long as needed to answer and follow up the request. If it leads to a contract, for the periods required by law.
- Job applications: up to 12 months after receipt, for future opportunities, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
5. Who has access to the data
The data is handled by our team. To run the website and email, we use service providers that process data on our behalf:
- FormSubmit, which sends the forms to our email;
- Google, our email provider;
- the website hosting provider.
Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union. In those cases, the transfer is made with the safeguards required by the GDPR.
The development pages show OpenStreetMap maps. When the map loads, your browser connects to the OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address.
6. Your rights
You may at any time ask to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive your data in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting processing carried out before then.
